Oran Mor is the Celtic idea of how the world began. "Oran" means music or song, "mor" means great. Thus The Great Music or The Great Song. The term is also associated with the sound of the bagpipes, and indeed, the power of that sound could easily stir dense matter into life!
In so many ways, the ancient ideas are coming full circle, and as T.S. Eliot observed, we will "arrive where we started and know the place for the first time. Through the unknown, unremembered gate, when the last of earth yet to discover, is that which was the beginning."
At the farthest edges of Quantum theory, we see, or rather hear, that all is vibration. This is only a scientific term for what the Ancients knew as The Word, The Om, The Great Music, The Oran Mor.
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.
